Here’s the programme of our Yulefest 2016 dinner and show.
From 6.30pm; Pre-Show entertainment with Mr. Andrew Russell, accompanied by a complementary glass of Mulled Wine.
Spiced carrot and parsnip soup sprinkled with crispy pancetta served in a crusty sourdough roll (German family recipe)
Roast turkey roulade and confit duck with cherry and mint glaze served with sweet potato and sage rösti, sautéed green beans and braised leeks
VEGETARIAN MAIN COURSE – AVAILABLE BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT
A baked butternut pumpkin filled with a ricotta, spinach and nutmeg soufflé served with sautéed green beans and braised leeksx
Trio of miniature desserts: a traditional Christmas plum pudding with brandy cream; a spiced pumpkin tart with lime crème fraiche and a strawberry Champagne trifle
9.30pm (approx): meet and greet the cast, along with a complementary glass of port and / or coffee
